Victor-Alexander Martins Kuenzel is Associate in the Hamburg
office of Field Fisher Waterhouse. He advises national and
international investors on project developments, real estate
transactions, project and real estate finance and commercial
leasing. Alexander´s clients include investment companies, hotel
chains, nursing home operators, project developers and real estate
companies. In addition Alexander advises his clients on litigation
proceedings.
Previously Alexander worked for a supra-regional law firm, where
he advised a large number of Portugal-related clients on real
estate transactions within the hotel and leisure sector.
Alexander has a wealth of sector experience. He was an associate
and chief executive of two real estate companies where he advised a
large number of international companies, particularly in the German
and Portuguese markets, in project agent, consultant and
coordinator matters. Alexander was also responsible for a third
company in Portugal, an amalgamation of architects, accountants and
project developers for real estate and investment matters.
Alexander completed his Magister Juris (LL.M.) and wrote his
thesis on Portuguese international private law.
Alexander is a member of the German Portuguese Lawyers‘
Association and of the German Portuguese Chamber of Industry and
Commerce.
He advises his clients in German, Portuguese, English and
Spanish.
