Tom advises clients on UK and international
corporate and commercial matters
including mergers and acquisitions,
company start-ups and fundraisings, joint
ventures, business re-organisations and commercial projects and
contracts. Clients include UK and overseas companies, their
shareholders and directors across a range of sectors including
telecoms/media/technology, resources and financial services. He also advises clients on a
large range of shareholder, fund-raising, acquisition, company
secretarial, and commercial matters, also acting as a first port of
call for clients’ issues across all aspects of law.
