Mohamed Naït Kaci works in dispute resolution, focusing on corporate and
commercial litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
Mohamed has a significant experience in handling various types
of cases before French jurisdictions for a wide range of
international clients. Mohamed focuses his practice on all aspects
of corporate and commercial litigation and has an extensive
comprehension of insolvency and restructuring matters.
He holds a master’s degree in Contract Law, cum laude,
from the University of Paris V. Mohamed is also a graduate from the
Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
Mohamed was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006. Mohamed started
his carrier in 2005 as an intern with the Paris office of Weil
Gotshal & Manges LLP before joining Armfelt & Associés in
2006 and Field Fisher Waterhouse in 2009.
