Charlotte Ovans works on a broad range of dispute resolution
matters, specialising in commercial disputes and enforcement actions,
frequently with an international element. Charlotte advises clients
across a range of industry sectors.
Charlotte’s practice includes employee fraud claims and issues
arising from fraudulent conduct. She has experience of recovering
assets and obtaining and enforcing freezing orders and
injunctions.
Charlotte’s recent experience includes:
- acting for a financial services group on a cross-border breach
of contract/breach of confidence claim against an agent
- acting for a large UK trading company in relation to a fraud by
its former employee and a sham company
- acting for a financial
services group in a claim against a competitor company for inducing
breach of contract, conspiracy and causing loss by unlawful
means
