than 20 years’ experience as a restructuring lawyer, he has developed an
extensive expertise in bankruptcy procedures, including:
- assistance to investment funds, notably as concerns investments
in difficulty, liability risk prevention, transfer and
acquisition
- assistance to debtors and creditors in operations of
restructuring, collective and amicable proceedings
- assistance in acquisition of companies in difficulty
- business litigation notably in matters of transfer,
acquisition, guarantee of assets and liabilities, management and
shareholder liability
Bruno has organised training for investors in management and
investment in companies in difficulty. He regularly writes articles
concerning collective and amicable proceedings.
