Caroline Petit is member of our Corporate
Group in Paris, specialising in business law, M&A and private
equity. She also deals with disputes relating to corporate and
commercial matters.
Caroline was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008. She graduated
from the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) and holds a
master’s degree in mergers and acquisition.
Before joining the firm in 2008, Caroline worked in the M&A
department of a French law firm and in the legal department of a
multinational steel manufacturing company.
Caroline speaks French and English.
