Gary Pickard has an extensive range of experience in all forms
of real estate work. He has advised a
wide range of clients on the acquisition and disposal of vacant and
occupied properties, real estate issues relating to the acquisition
of businesses, the granting and taking of leases, advising upon the
numerous issues that arise during landlord and tenant relationships
and advising upon various property based problems that might arise
(e.g. access issues).
Gary specialises in the telecommunications, hotel
& leisure, not-for-profit, public
sector and retail sectors.
Gary is an active member of the Real Estate Senior Assistant’s
Group and participates in the various seminars run by the Group. He
also contributes regularly to sector specific publications
Caterer and Hotelkeeper, and more general
publications such as Property Week and the firm’s
publications.
Gary also speaks German (basic).
