Gina Peters works on dispute

and is the team
lead.
She advises clients across a range of industry sectors
mainly dealing with
employers liability and
public liability matters. Her
work often involves multiple defendants resulting from complex
contractual disputes.
Her areas of expertise include diseases such as deafness,
mesothelioma, dysphonia, respiratory problems, stress, tuberculosis
and acoustic shock. She also deals with work station claims,
bullying and harassment, repetitive strain injuries, general
accidents, product
liability, travel and road
traffic accidents. She also advises on all aspects of
personal injury claims from claims handling to litigation and risk
management.
Gina provides in-house seminars and training for clients and
spoke at the Henry Stewart Conference for the Hotel Industry
about current health and safety trends.
