Claudia Stöhr is associate in the Munich
office of Field Fisher Waterhouse. She specializes in Business
Ethics and Compliance with a particular focus on the US
legislation, such as the Foreign Corruption Act (FCPA),
Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and others.
She completed her legal education at the
University of Regensburg in 2007 and passed her first and second
state examination in Bavaria. During her legal clerkship she gained
experience advising the automotive industry at the Legal &
Compliance Department of Daimler AG in Stuttgart.
Based on her educational background as a
German lawyer and her specific industrial experiences, she worked
from June 2010 to August 2011 on secondment to an American risk
management company, to support a multinational, compliance-related
Monitorship on the engagement of the Security and Exchange
Commission (SEC).
Claudia speaks German, English and French fluently.
