Denise Sexton is a partner in the Real
Estate Practice, specialising in investment, occupier and development property work. This includes
acquisition, disposal, development and management of individual and
portfolios of properties together with development agreements and
joint venture arrangements.
Denise specialises in investment,
development and retail.
Denise acts for investment and pension funds together with
property companies. She also acts for several large office
occupiers on their relocation and general property
requirements.
Denise also was involved in the set up and now heads our
Corporate Social Responsibility Group which includes initiatives
relating to pro bono advice, community involvement, charitable
giving, environmental matters and the well being of our
colleagues.
Denise is also a member of the firm’s India Desk and Foreign Law Firm’s Committee.
