Emma Spiers
specialises in derivatives and structured finance. In the derivatives space,
she advises clients in the financial
institutions sector - including investment managers, banks and
hedge funds - on derivatives and structured notes, and negotiates
derivatives, repo and prime brokerage documentation (at both master
agreement and transaction level).
Emma also has
experience in a wide range of structured finance transactions,
including synthetic transactions and putting derivatives into
structured finance transactions. In addition she has a broad
experience of debt capital markets including high yield bond
issuances, repacks and restructurings.
Emma
participates in several ISDA working groups and regularly speaks at
seminars on derivatives-related topics.
