Emma
Spiers specialises in derivatives and structured finance law. In the derivatives
space, she advises clients in the financial
institutions sector, including investment managers, banks and
hedge funds on their derivatives and repo documentation and
negotiates derivatives, repo and prime brokerage documents - at
both the master agreement and transaction levels. Emma also has
experience in a wide range of structured finance transactions,
including synthetic transactions and putting derivatives into
structured finance transactions. Emma participates in several ISDA
working groups.
Emma speaks on derivatives-related topics at semi-annual
seminars hosted by the firm for the C&I Group.
