Hannah Salton advises on a broad range of
banking and finance transactions, acting for both financial institutions and high net worth
individual borrowers. Hannah specialises in asset finance -
particularly in aircraft and yacht finance – in addition to
advising on and negotiating the loan and security documentation
relating to receivables finance.
Hannah has contributed to the firm’s
publications, “A guide to Corporate Jet Finance”, "Enforcement of
Security over an Aircraft", “The Cape Town Convention” and "Yacht
Financing" as well as the firm’s database on “Taking security over
aircraft from a lender’s perspective” which contains detailed
information and expertise on over 25 jurisdictions.
She is also editor of the Finance Group's
quarterly email bulletin, "The Finance Brief".
