Jennifer Santos focuses on Belgian and
international tax advisory, transactional and litigation work. She
specialises in corporate tax and
VAT.
She works across a wide range of sectors
including financial institutions and
holding companies, retail, transport and technology.
Jennifer holds a master in law (graduated
with magna cum laude) from the Université Libre de
Bruxelles (ULB). She also holds a special degree in tax sciences
from the ICHEC (Ecole de Sciences Fiscales).
Jennifer started her career with the
corporate tax department at Arthur Andersen tax consultants. She
was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2002. Prior to joining Field
Fisher Waterhouse in November 2009, she was senior associate with
Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick.
Jennifer is the author of numerous
publications on tax law. She is also a guest lecturer at the
Paul-Henri Spaak College, where she teaches tax law, indirect and
direct taxation for the bachelor of laws course.
Jennifer is fluent in French and English and
speaks conversational Dutch.
