Philipp Stricharz is Partner in the Hamburg office of Field
Fisher Waterhouse.
He deals with property transactions and property finance
throughout Germany. He also advises on landlord and tenant issues,
property development, distressed debt, and has extensive
property litigation experience.
Philipp advises foreign and local investors, developers,
hotel &
leisure companies as well as companies of the
entertainment and R&D industries.
Philipp speaks German, English and Hebrew fluently. Philipp
co-authored a book on German-Israeli defence relations. He
published articles on property law in Frankfurter Allgemeine
Zeitung and Wirtschaftswoche and was quoted on property investments
in Immobilienzeitung.
Philipp is a member of the German-Israeli Lawyer’s
Association.
