Group, specialising in commercial and industrial property, particularly energy and
telecommunications infrastructure and real
estate related matters for oil, gas, electricity, renewables (including wind farms), chemical and
telecommunications companies. He has a particular expertise in
advising clients on compulsory purchase powers.
Roger has specialised in infrastructure work for over 15 years.
He advises a number of large UK and international companies
including on major projects.
Roger is a member of The Pipeline Industries Guild and a member
of the Onshore Technical Panel of The Guild. He is also a member of
The Institute of Directors and R3. Roger is a regular contributor
to various industry-based publications.
Roger regularly provides bespoke in-house talks and workshops on
relevant legal issues to a number of clients. He is also a regular
