Serena Stracey works on dispute
resolution matters with a focus on defendant liability and
corporate risk management.
Serena advises clients across a range of industry sectors,
mainly in relation to employers’ liability and public liability
matters. Her areas of expertise include stress, bullying and
harassment, assaults, manual handling, repetitive strain injuries,
workstation claims and diseases such as deafness, respiratory
problems, dysphonia and acoustic shock. She also deals with
mesothelioma claims, product liability claims and travel litigation
and advises on all aspects of personal injury claims ranging from
risk management, health and safety prosecutions to costs.
Serena provides in-house seminars and training for clients and
regularly contributes articles to journals, email alerts on current
trends in personal injury litigation to clients and email alerts
regarding health and safety matters.
