Céline is an associate in the Brussels office of Field Fisher
Waterhouse LLP.
She advises on a range of corporate transactions, including
mergers & acquisitions, venture capital & private equity,
joint ventures and group re-organisations.
Céline graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB)
(2006) and holds a postgraduate degree in financial law from the
University of Ghent (UGent) (2007).
She was admitted to the Brussels bar in November 2007 and
started her career at NautaDutilh that same year.
She joined Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP in October 2011.
Céline speaks French, English and Dutch.
