Nick Thorpe is a Partner in the
Employment and Pensions Group.
He advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and
non-contentious, including senior executive terminations and
restrictive covenants disputes, complex discrimination issues,
business transfers and outsourcings, collective dismissals and
restructurings. He acts for a wide array of public and private
sector clients operating in the UK and overseas.
