Nick Thorpe is a Partner in the
Employment and Pensions Group. He advises on all
aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious,
including complex discrimination issues, business transfers and
outsourcings, collective dismissals and restructurings. He acts for
a wide array of public and private sector clients operating in the
UK and overseas.
Nick regularly presents seminars
and workshops as part of the Employment and Pensions Group annual
training programme. He also frequently contributes to various legal
and personnel publications, including Personnel Today and the
Employment Law Journal, and is the co-author of the online
financial services manual for XpertHR.
