Franck Veisse works on intellectual
property matters in the Paris
office.
He specialises in franchising,
distribution and commercial contracts including the exploitation of
trade marks, technical know-how,
designs and other IP rights. He
also advises on related competition law issues such as exclusivity
deals, price fixing, distribution networks and unfair
competition. He advises a range of clients, including a number
of big name French and international retail brands, on both
contentious and non-contentious matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Franck, who was admitted to the Paris
Bar in 1993, worked at the Paris firm Grand Auzas
& Associés.
