Véronique Vanden Acker specialises in public and administrative law, focusing on all
matters relating to the co-operation between public and private
sector. This includes classical public
procurement contracts, complicated PPP structures, real estate and financial transactions with / or involving public
authorities, as well as concessions of works or services. Veronique
has expertise in the privatisation and reorganisation of public law
companies and also develops a regulatory practice mainly in the
pharmaceutical, transport and communications sectors.
Véronique has a number of public
sector clients, including governments, public law entities or
companies, municipalities. She has private company clients across a
variety of sectors including real estate (contractors, developers,
investors), financial services and
IT service providers. Veronique assists
her clients in both transactional and contentious work, and
litigates before the Supreme Administrative Court as well as the
judicial courts.
