Virginie is a member of the Dispute Resolution Group, based in
our Brussels office.
Virginie has extensive experience of court proceedings
relating to commercial and corporate litigation and focuses on
bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
She provides advice to a wide range of Belgian and foreign
companies in this field.
Virginie received her law degree from the Catholic University of
Louvain -magna cum laude- in 2008 and joined the Brussels Bar the
same year.
Virginie is a native French and Dutch speaker, but is also
fluent in English.
