Penny advises on UK and non UK resident trusts and international
estate planning. She acts as a professional trustee and provides
legal advice and assistance to other professional practices. Penny
has acted for a range of private clients including royalty,
members of the aristocracy, HNW individuals, entrepreneurs,
professionals, business men and women, celebrities and others
working in the entertainment industry.
Penny also advises charities and not-for-profits on charity law.
She has acted for a wide range of charities including healthcare
and investment regulatory bodies, royal charter bodies, charitable
NHS trusts, educational, religious and relief of poverty charities.
She has also advised on charitable projects for broadcasters and
major corporations, a national sports organisation and the
energy sector.
Penny has contributed to HNW Journal and produces regular
briefing papers on developments in private client and charity
law.
Penny is a lecturer in law. She has lectured on UK taxation of
non-UK domiciliaries at the University of Liechtenstein. She also
participates in trustee inductions for charities.
