Sarah is a solicitor in the Technology Law
Group and trained at with the firm with a strong focus on the
IP and IT sector. Her experience involves working with various
government departments on commercial agreements and outsourcings.
Sarah has experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of
commercial contracts.
Sarah has worked on major public sector IT outsourcing projects
and international private sector projects. She has a good
understanding of working in house with clients, having spent over a
year on secondments to high profile technology industry clients in
both the public and private sector.
Sarah advises across a range of industry sectors, including
technology & communications, life sciences & healthcare and
the public sector.
