Sophie Westmacott has experience
of both contentious and non-contentious employment work for a variety of clients. She
handles a varied Tribunal caseload including unfair dismissal,
equal pay, whistleblowing and complex discrimination claims, in
particular involving disability discrimination.
Sophie also provides employment
support on commercial transactions and advises employers on a wide
range of employee issues including redundancy procedures, TUPE,
flexible working, managing grievance and disciplinary procedures
and drafting employment contracts, handbooks and policies.
