Tom is an associate in the corporate team, having qualified in September
2007. Tom advises entrepreneurs, management teams and investors on
a range of corporate finance transactions including mergers and
acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and capital markets
fundraisings, particularly in the technology/telecom and media & entertainment sector.
Tom is a member of the cross departmental sport and media groups
and enjoys working with start-up and growth businesses on venture
capital investments in the TMT, retail and
leisure sectors.
