We have one of the country’s leading practices in personal injury claims.  We are based in the City of London and as such have access to a wide range of resources. We are committed to conducting personal injury claims throughout the UK and are able to visit you at home, wherever you live within the UK and abroad.

Through our vast experience, we have developed strong links with leading medical professions, charities and support workers.

In particular, we have close ties with asbestos victims' support groups and groups supporting those suffering from spinal injury, brain injury, the victims of clinical negligence and other support organisations.

Our personal injury lawyers handle claims in the UK and abroad including Europe, the United States, Australasia and the Far East.

What the legal directories say about our personal injury team

This “top-quality outfit” consists of “real professionals” who “know exactly what they are doing,” clients report. The personal injury team boasts a depth of understanding that belies its size and a caseload that ranges from road traffic and transport accident claims to brain and spinal injury matters.  Rodney Nelson-Jones garners praise as “one of the best litigators around” and is admired for his “fantastic client care.” He specialises in industrial disease issues, although he is developing a reputation in the context of air crash claims. Peter Williams, an authority on asbestos and fatal accident suits, “excels at unravelling knotty legal problems,” clients observe.
