To notify your intention to participate in the REACH Only
Representative Trustee (ORT) please submit the
After receiving your application form, Field Fisher Waterhouse,
operating as an ORT, will start the acceptance procedure as soon as
possible. This procedure is aimed at determining whether the
substance you may export to the EU is the same as that manufactured
and registered under REACH by the non-EU manufacturer.
Please note that the submission of this information does not
result in any contractual or any other relationship between you and
Field Fisher Waterhouse, or in any obligations of Field Fisher
Waterhouse towards you. All rights and obligations relevant for the
ORT will be set out in an agreement to be concluded between you and
Field Fisher Waterhouse.
Notifying your intention to participate in the ORT is a simple
process and is based on submitting a limited set of information.
This information will not be disclosed by Field Fisher Waterhouse
without your prior express consent.

As a non-EU customer, you can invite your EU importers to
participate in the ORT to support them in their REACH compliance
