Merger control
We have an outstanding merger control practice
and advise on the competition and regulatory aspects of
acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures.
We counsel clients on allocation of deal risk
and have been involved in defending complex mergers before the
European Commission and Office of Fair Trading. We have also
co-ordinated clearances in cross-border deals that required
multi-jurisdictional filings.
