• Advising Lehman Brothers Finance on the unwinding of its derivatives transactions as a result of the Lehman insolvencies
  
  
• Advising Avocet Mining PLC, a LSE listed gold mining company, on the unwinding of its financing arrangements with Standard Chartered Bank in connection with the US$200 million disposition by Avocet Mining PLC of its mining assets in Indonesia and Malaysia
  
  
• Acting for H.E.A.T. Mezzanine S.A., a Luxembourg incorporated special purpose company, in connection with the €400 million restructuring of its three collateralised loan obligations (CLOs)
  
  
• Advising PLUS Markets Group in connection with the launch of PLUS-DX, a derivatives trading platform for cleared OTC derivative products.
  
  
• Acting for German bank, Deutsche Apotheker-und Aerztebank, as the sole investor in an investment sub-trust that had entered into a leveraged repo transaction with Merrill Lynch over a portfolio of ABS, with a total notional amount of around EUR 1billion
  
  
• Advising Lloyds Banking Group on its investment and support of the Business Growth Fund’s £4.25 million investment of growth capital in independent travel management company, Statesman Travel Group
