We have been advising on major commercial developments and
projects for many years, from social infrastructure, health, roads,
prisons and local authority buildings, to chemical and industrial
plants and other infrastructure projects such as power stations,
offshore structures, pipelines and wind farms. In recent
years, we have also been acting for public bodies and private
sector contractors on some innovative and complex PFI projects for
new accommodation, housing, transport links, technology services
and other infrastructure developments.
Our clients include developers, financiers, equity participants,
sponsors, main contractors and construction professionals. We
advise both the private sector and central and local government
promoters and therefore appreciate the needs and interests of both
sides.
