Our Franchising, Licensing and Distribution Group comprises 25
full-time specialists who are supported by colleagues in areas such
as trade mark and brand protection, e-commerce, privacy and
information, real
estate, tax, anti-trust, corporate and employment.
We are founder and chair of the European Franchising Network
providing clients with access to dedicated franchise expertise
across all 27 EU Member States. Further afield, we have a network
of specialist Middle East law firms who we regularly work with. In
addition, we work closely with our affiliates in India and
China.
