global.
Locally, we have completed innumerable F&B deals throughout
the UK, EU and Eastern Europe (including Russia, the Ukraine,
Moldova and Belarus).
Further afield, particularly popular areas for food and beverage
network expansion have recently been China, India, Japan, South
East Asia and the Middle East.
Within South East Asia we have helped our food and
beverage clients expand into countries as diverse as Indonesia,
Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Our work with Caffe Nero focused on their multiple outlet
expansion throughout Turkey. However, other food and beverage
clients or ours have looked to expand into continent bridging
countries such as Turkey whilst also granting further rights to
Dubai, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and other states across the Middle
East.
In addition, our food and beverage expertise has also lead to
our providing advice to governments on their franchise regulation
methods such as the Chinese Government’s Ministry of Food and
Agriculture and the Indian Government.
