Franchising guide
As part of our franchising and licensing practice we work with
businesses to assess whether their concept is suitable for
franchising. For some businesses franchising is not a suitable
vehicle and therefore in addition to advising upon franchising we
advise companies on alternative routes to market for their products
and services. This includes advising on and drafting licensing,
agency, distribution, supply and joint venture agreements. By
working closely with our clients and their in house teams we help
them to develop their terms and conditions of business which form
part of their route to market strategy.
- To guide you through the complexities of domestic and
international franchising we have devised a simple set of questions to help us and you
better understand your needs and requirements.
- Like all business sectors, franchising has its own jargon and
terminology. To simplify the jargon, we have created a
Franchise Dictionary to define some
common franchise terms.
- We have also included a set of Frequently Asked Questions to provide some
further information and guidance to key franchise issues which need
to be considered.
