Our experience

We have over 20 years’ experience of advising developers of high-profile, mixed-use schemes; international investors and syndicates of investors on hotel acquisitions; advising major players in the leisure industry on the roll-out of branded leisure concepts and franchise operations; operators on leases, management agreements and asset management issues; and funders on taking security over hotel property both in the UK and abroad.
