EU cookie consent - June update

Field Fisher Waterhouse has updated its cookie consent tracking table to reflect the latest developments in implementation of the new cookie consent rule across Europe.  The updated table can be accessed by clicking here >
 
Latest changes include:

  • Updates to Italy and the Netherlands to reflect implementation of local cookie consent law
     
  • Updates to the UK to reflect updated ICO guidance
