The impact of the UK's recession on high street properties and
other business premises has been well documented. The insolvency of
high profile companies like Borders, MFI and Woolworths have
brought into sharp relief the need for property practitioners to
understand what may happen if a tenant cannot pay its rent or
perform its covenants.
In view of that, our
Property Litigation team has produced a series
of ten short podcasts which provide an overview of some of the
issues that may arise if a tenant is in financial
difficulties.
Each podcast is around five minutes long and can be downloaded onto
your computer, MP3 player, mobile phone or BlackBerry by clicking
on the icon below. We will be releasing the podcasts
fortnightly - so why not subscribe to our RSS feed by clicking on
the link to the left?

Please note that the file size is 4.9MB and may take a few
moments to download.
