We have acted for over 100 financial institutions over a
period of more than 40 years. Financial institutions represent a
very significant proportion of our clients - and so a large part of
our own work and business revolves around theirs.
We advise banks, investment managers, securities houses, brokers,
dealers, custodians, depositaries and service providers and
consultants to the financial services industry. The range of
markets we cover is similarly broad and stretches from funds,
insurance products, fixed income and equity markets as well as
metals, energy and other commodities. Many of our lawyers have
themselves worked in the industry or have been on secondments to
