Our Aviation Group prides itself on its genuine interest in
the aviation industry. In fact we believe that a good understanding

The Group has plenty of hands-on experience of a mixture of
commercial, corporate, regulatory and contentious work across the
aviation industry and, with easy access to expertise
across our other specialist areas, for example tax, dispute
resolution and employment, we can provide focused, practical
and comprehensive support to our clients. Those clients
include UK and foreign scheduled and charter airlines, lessors,
financial institutions, trade associations and high net worth
individuals.

- tax structures for the ownership and leasing of aircraft

treaties
- aircraft and engine maintenance, overhaul, engineering and
support including ‘power by the hour’ agreements
- commercial agreements relating to aircraft operations,
conditions of carriage, fuel and catering supply, alliances, flight
crew training, slot exchanges, charters, agency and ground
handling
